Your job is to select a trail that will challenge you. I use All Trails to help me find locations and map my hikes.
Your itinerary would look as follows:
7:30 am - Check-in & Coffee
8:30 am - Reflection time & Intention Setting
9:30 am - Ascending begins
10:30 am - Summit reflections & enjoy snack
11:30 am - Begin descending
1:00 pm - Basecamp closing reflections

- Welcome guide with packing list and training recommendations (sent prior to the hike)
- Guided Redwoods meditation (sent prior to the hike)
